Challenge: doeLEGAL, operating within the broader Questel organization, required a centralized marketing function capable of supporting sustained growth, strengthening brand positioning, and driving consistent demand generation in a competitive legal technology market.
At the time, marketing lacked a unified strategy, and execution was fragmented across channels and initiatives. The organization needed a single point of leadership to define direction, execute programs, and ensure alignment across sales, product, and executive stakeholders—all while maintaining efficiency and scalability.

My Approach
I established and led a fully integrated marketing function, operating as a one-person department responsible for both strategic direction and execution. The approach focused on building a cohesive marketing ecosystem that connected brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement into a unified system.
I defined messaging frameworks aligned to product value and market needs, while also ensuring that all outward-facing communications—from campaigns to executive messaging—reflected a consistent and credible brand voice.
At the same time, I implemented processes to manage external partners, vendors, and event execution, ensuring that all initiatives were delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
